King's Ranch partners with The Beatitude House to provide therapeutic parent coaching, respite, and lodging for their families during their 2-week intensive while at the Ranch.
The Beatitude House offers a 2-week trauma focused attachment therapy intensive for families experiencing attachment issues, behavioral problems, and power struggles.
Early childhood trauma caused by neglect or abuse traumatizes the developing brain causing gaps or injury to the pre-cortical levels of the brain. Children diagnosed with PTSD, RAD, ASD, ADHD, ODD, PDD (developmental trauma) all struggle with life’s emotional relationships specifically, TRUST.
Included in the attachment intensive is a Neurological Reorganization evaluation and program and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), both used to help children emotionally regulate naturally without the use of medication.
In addition to the various therapy modalities, there is therapeutic respite and refining the Unplowed Ground parenting approach.
